Rockford MeltFest has a little bit of something for everyone! Our Beer and Spirits Tasting was a huge hit last year in 2019. For 2020, we're making it bigger and better with more breweries and more spirits!
The beer and spirits tasting is for adults (21+) and held the evening of the MeltFest celebration (Saturday, March 21, 2020). NOTE!!! NEW LOCATION!!!! The event is held in the Barrel Room inside Prairie Street Brewing Co. (200 Madison Street | Rockford, IL 61107).
Breweries that will be in attendance include; Urban Forest Craft Brewing, Prairie Street Brewing Co., Lena Brewing Company, Off-Kilter Brewing, Wishful Acres Farm & Brewery, Pig Minds Brewing, Generations Brewing Company, Hairy Cow Brewing Company, Church Street Brewing Co. and Maplewood Brewing.

Distilleries; Rush Creek Distillery, Kennay Farms, Whiskey Acres, and Grant View Distillery.
Tickets are $20 each. Price includes entry, tastes, and a pint glass. Plus live music TBD soon.
MeltFest 2020 is designed to help celebrate the melting away of winter (event occurs the first Saturday in Spring) and the melting together of the community. All funds raised go towards costs of the event including a portion being donated to NAMI https://naminorthernillinois.org/ (the selected 2020 non-profit).
NOTE 1: Photo I.D. required at time of entry to event.
NOTE 2: Event starts at 4:30; however, check-in will open at 4:00 p.m.
NOTE 3: Online advance purchased tickets are limited to 200. Day-of tickets will also be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
NOTE 4: Entry includes up to 10 tastes (approximately 3 ounces of beer per taste; and a small sampling of spirits per taste).
