Elevate is back! This time we are featuring one of our favorite local farmers!!!
Harrison Market Gardens is one of our favorite local farmers. Not only do they grow amazing produce and raise happy pigs, but they are also great friends of Prairie Street and we couldn't be happier to offer this amazing meal! We'll be featuring a whole Berkshire hog, plenty of amazing produce, and we'll pair all this with some limited release brews, some of which will be made only for this dinner! Come enjoy a multi-course beer (or wine or non-alcoholic) paired dinner of epically local proportions!
For $55 you will get a multi-course meal by Executive Chef Josh Tourville paired with Prairie Street Beers, some of which will be made exclusively for this dinner with products from Harrison Market!
